About ORPCE The mission of each ORPCE is to facilitate quality, community-based, primary care education for health science students. This is achieved through partnerships between the health science schools, the AHECs, and practicing clinicians. ORPCE placed medical, FNP, nurse midwifery, and PharmD students throughout our nine county region (Bladen, Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Moore, Richmond, Robeson, Sampson and Scotland) of North Carolina.
